Guide For The Beneficial Use Of Non-Agricultural Source Materials On 
Agricultural Land
Comment (written submissions) on the proposed new Guide for the Beneficial Use of Non-Agricultural Source Materials on Agricultural Land will be accepted until January 28, 2005.
Generators of biosolids (e.g. municipalities) and transporters should be aware of the new standards as detailed in the proposal. A draft copy of the Guide can be found at http://www.ene.gov.on.ca/envregistry/023262ep.htm
Once the new Guide is finalized, the revised standards contained in it will be used as a Guide for the issuance of all new Certificates of Approval.
