University of Waterloo Student Chapter promotes awareness of the
water environment and provides an avenue for professional development
and exchange of information between Chapter members
and other members of the WEAO. The UW WEAO Chapter organizes technical seminars,
field trips, and social events on a regular basis.

Brick Brewery
Tickets are now on sale for our UW WEAO Social and Membership drive at the Brick Brewery in Uptown Waterloo.

Stormwater Management: Present Practice and Future Direction
A WEAO Specialty Seminar in Milton, Ontario. Cost is just $60 for student members of WEAO. Transportation from the school
will be provided - email uw.weao@gmail.com for carpooling info.
May 25th
through 27th:
WEAO 37th Annual Conference
The Largest
Canadian Technical Conference for the Wastewater Industry, held this
year in Collingwood, ON. Free for students, including technical
seminars, transportation, lunches, and more.
October
18th through 22nd:
WEFTEC.08
The largest
water quality event in North America. Like the WEAO annual conference,
this one is free for students. Held in Chicago for 2008.
CARPOOLING:
We always meet in the parking lot between Doug Wright Engineering and South Campus Hall.
