Provided by Dr. Jianrong Liu, and Dave Neely (D&D Environmental Technology).
Jianrong is an expert in the application of conventional and advanced techniques for diagnosing microbiological problems in biological wastewater treatment systems. She has instructed many activated sludge microbiology workshops organized by International Water Association (IWA) and Water Environment Association of Ontario (WEAO).
Dave is a Water/Wastewater process specialist with D&D Environmental Technology. He has more than 40 years working in wastewater treatment plants operated by Ontario Clean Water Agency, including Operations Manager for the Region of Peels’ WWTP’s. He has presented similar theme based courses to WWTP operators throughout Ontario.

7.0 Professional Development Hours (PDHs) can be obtained for this workshop. Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators can credit the PDHs towards their MECP Certification requirements. Certificate of attendance will be provided.
Hardcopies of the workshop handbook will be provided.
Non member registration includes a one-year WEAO membership.
