We’re pleased to introduce the new WEAO Member Portal—a modern, secure platform designed to make it easier to manage your membership and access WEAO programs, services and resources.
Through the portal, members can:
- Register for events
- Renew and manage their membership
- Update their contact information and profile
- Access member information and resources
Existing members must first activate their account using the link provided in their activation email. Once activated, the portal will bring key WEAO membership services together in one convenient place.

Your Transition Timeline
Welcome Email
You’ll receive an introductory email announcing the new Member Portal and explaining what to expect.
Account Activation
You’ll receive a second email inviting you to activate your account and create a secure password. If the activation link expires, select “Forgot Password” on the login page to request a new link.
Access Your Portal
Once activated, you’ll have access to your new Member Portal and all of its features.

Once your account is activated, you’ll be able to:
